概説

現在、医療システムは機械学習(ML)、データマイニング、人工知能などの高度な機能によって更新されより知的で専門的な医療サービスを人間に提供している。

本論文は医療のための知的な予測と分類システム(D-ACO)(図1、図2)、つまり慢性腎臓病(CKD)のための、密度に基づく特徴量選択(DFS)、蟻コロニー最適化アルゴリズム(図3)を紹介する。

提案された知的システムは、ACOに基づく分類器を構築する前にDFSにより無関係または余分な特徴量を除去する(表1、図4、図6、表2、表3、図6)。

提案したD‐ACOフレームワークは前処理、特徴量選択(FS)、分類の三つの段階からなる。

さらに、D‐ACOアルゴリズムをベンチマークCKDデータセットを用いて検証し性能を異なる評価因子(図7)に基づいて調べた。

D‐ACOアルゴリズムを既存の手法と比較すると、分類の正解率という面において提案した知的システムは、より少ない特徴量を用いて他の手法を有意に上回った(表4)。
